We translated this into an interactive, larger-than-life sized game board called OmniQuest, where marketers had to connect as many channels as possible to win.

The Results

  • 100% said the event had “good content” with 1 in 3 rating it as “excellent”

  • 60% rated OmniQuest as a good game experience

  • 8 out of 10 attendees had a better understanding of omnichannel
